These terms apply to your use of Westmark Scan, provided by Mateo Concepcion Veneracion (sole trader, ABN 67 108 957 529). By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Westmark Scan provides free, automated audits of publicly accessible web pages using Google Lighthouse via the PageSpeed Insights API, with explanations that may be generated by AI. The service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Acceptable use
- Only submit public web pages that you own, manage, or have a legitimate reason to evaluate.
- Don't attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
- Don't submit addresses intended to probe private networks or systems.
- Don't use the service for unlawful purposes.
We may limit or block access to protect the service.
Audit results are information, not advice
Reports are generated automatically from lab tests of a single page and may be incomplete or vary between runs. AI-generated text may contain mistakes. Reports are general information only and are not professional, legal or accessibility-compliance advice. You should verify findings with a qualified professional before relying on them. We do not guarantee any search ranking, traffic or business outcome.
Shared reports
Reports are available to anyone who has the report link. Reports are retained for a limited time (currently 180 days) and may then be deleted.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties including Google and Anthropic. Their availability and results are outside our control. Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights are trademarks of Google LLC; Westmark Scan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, audit results.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
